Frostnaritech offers a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your product. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item under the following conditions:

a) Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

b) Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used software products
  • Custom-built laptops or special orders
  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase

c) Return Process

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is processed, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. This is required to complete the return process.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
  4. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

2. Refund Policy

Frostnaritech offers a full refund for eligible returns, provided that the return conditions are met. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

a) Refund Timeline

Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The actual time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

b) Partial Refunds

In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item is returned in a condition that is not “new” (i.e., with visible signs of use, damage, or missing accessories).
  • The return request is made after the 30-day return window has passed.
  • The product is missing parts or accessories that were originally included.

c) Defective or Damaged Products

If the product you received is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you, and we will cover the return shipping fees. We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like a different product, you can return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.


4. Shipping Charges
