Orders placed during weekends or holidays may take a little longer to process due to reduced staff availability.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping time. While we strive to fulfill orders quickly, certain circumstances like product availability, high order volumes, or external factors such as weather disruptions may cause delays.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

To ensure that your laptop reaches you in excellent condition and on time, we partner with trusted shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout, the following shipping options are available:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 1-2 business days.

While we offer multiple shipping options, please be aware that actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as weather disruptions, strikes, or shipping carrier limitations.

3. Shipping Costs

The cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping destination. During checkout, we will provide a clear breakdown of all applicable shipping fees before you finalize your purchase. We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150 within the continental United States.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable in case of order cancellation, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

FrostNariTech currently offers shipping to all states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, delivery times may vary based on your location, so please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method. For customers who are located in P.O.
